- Pressure wash the outside of your house and any walkways or paved driveway.
- Get rid of any odors, such as pet smells or cigarette odors
- Consider a fresh coat of paint in a neutral color
- Declutter and organize your home, especially those closets
- Stage your home and outdoor spaces. You want it to appear very spacious!
- Pack away personal items, including family photos
- Keep lawn mowed and flowerbeds tidy
- Don’t skimp on the visuals in your listing
- Disclose any issues with the property
- Refrain from using faux room scents, such as scented sprays or plug-ins. Fresh air is best!
